One of the difficulties in using an outside contractor to supplement internal resources is all the baggage they typically bring with them. If you realize it or not, you may be paying for a number of overhead employees. You also may be paying for other employees of the contractor who are not currently employed elsewhere. The objective of My Reliability Team is to avoid falling into the pattern of other consulting organizations. Our objective is to optimize the cost/value proposition for our clients by adhering to the following principles:
